ConnectedHealth is seeking a School Physical Therapist for a 36-week contract in Northampton, MA, earning up to $58/hour based on experience. You will provide therapy to students in a school setting and maintain MA licensure. CPR/First Aid are required.

You will manage 11–15 students across multiple buildings, collaborate on treatment plans, document progress, and ensure district/state compliance. Benefits include premium pay and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent recognized by licensing boards.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
