Manage a caseload of 11-15 students across multiple buildings, including A, B, and C grid services.
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document student progress and compliance with school and state requirements.
Maintain all necessary certifications, licenses, and clearances required for school-based therapy.
Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent recognized by licensing boards.
Valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Massachusetts.
CPR and First Aid certifications.
Minimum 1 year experience in school or pediatric settings.
Ability to work 3 days per week, approximately 18 hours total.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Comfortable managing a caseload of 11-15 students across multiple buildings.
Background checks and compliance with school district requirements.
Physical ability to perform duties required in a school setting.
