Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a school-based Physical Therapist to support K-8 students in a on-site role just outside Philadelphia, PA. The assignment runs 16.5 hours per week across two full days, 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM, with a caseload of about 10 students and ongoing clinical advisory support.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assess progress, and collaborate with teachers and families, participating in IEP meetings to foster mobility and classroom participation.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapist license is required
• Pediatric/school-based PT experience preferred
• Strong collaboration with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting student success and independence

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-8 students
• Conduct evaluations to monitor progress and advocate interventions
• Collaborate with classroom staff, related service providers and families
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings
