Job summary

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a School-Based Physical Therapist for a local contract position in Broomall, PA. The role is 4 days per week, 40 hours, onsite at the school, with an immediate start and a 13-week duration for the 2026/2027 school year.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, an active Pennsylvania PT license, and pediatric experience within IDEA/IHP contexts. Hourly pay ranges from $50.00 to $55.00, with benefits for temporary roles.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License.
• Knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct educationally relevant PT evaluations to support school access.
• Develop measurable IEP goals and provide therapy for functional mobility.
• Train staff on adaptive equipment and safe transfers.
• Collaborate with teachers and families on accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IDEA and state rules.
