Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services including assessment, planning and implementation.
• Develop Individualized Education Programs and 504 Plans with school teams.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers and outside agencies for student needs.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and interns as required by NC PT Act.
• Document services and ensure compliance with FERPA and state/federal policies.
