Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an onsite Occupational Therapist to support a high school in Sunnyvale, CA for the 22/23 school year. This full-time contract role offers 37.5 hours weekly, working with a diverse caseload.

You will perform assessments, develop goals, implement therapy plans, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff. California OT license required; healthcare benefits available.

Qualifications

• Valid California OT license required.
• Experience in school, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy OT roles.
• Strong understanding of high school-age student development.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services onsite for a diverse high school caseload.
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement therapy plans.
