Qualifications

• Must hold valid California OT license.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong background in healthcare, school-based, or home health OT.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Commitment to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess students needs and establish effective treatment goals.
• Deliver direct therapeutic services individually or in small groups.
• Develop intervention strategies and adapt activities for student success.
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate staff and families on therapeutic methods and at-home strategies.
• Travel between school sites as needed.
