Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification is required or preferred.
• Valid state OT license is required for practice.
• Educational/Teacher certification may be required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate fine motor, visual-motor, and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families on student goals.
• Develop and implement IEPs with measurable objectives.
• Deliver therapy sessions in individual, group, or consultative formats per IEP requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Support student independence within the academic setting.
