Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services in a public school setting, supporting students with special education services and helping them achieve IEP goals.

The role involves assessing fine motor and sensory-motor skills, collaborating with educators and families, and delivering therapy through various models while maintaining comprehensive documentation and promoting student independence in academics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification.
• State Occupational Therapy License.
• Educational/Teacher Certification if mandated by state guidelines.
• Experience in pediatrics and sensory integration (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate fine motor, visual-motor, perceptual, sensory-motor, and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and families.
• Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals and objectives.
• Deliver therapy sessions individually, in groups, or consultative per IEP requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Support student independence and participation in the academic environment.
