Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a contract position serving students in a supportive school setting near Jerome, Idaho. You will evaluate students, design and implement OT services, and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support learning goals.

The role requires Idaho licensure or eligibility, experience in a school environment, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Idaho OT license is required or eligibility.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Knowledge of pediatric disabilities and effective interventions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Comfortable working one-on-one and in small groups with students.
• Clear background check and updated immunizations as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to determine students' needs for OT services within the school environment.
• Create and implement targeted intervention programs tailored to each student.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, other therapists, and parents to ensure consistent progress.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress.
• Skillfully manage a diverse caseload, providing direct therapy and consultative support.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and assist with compliance documentation.
