Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, contract role supporting K-8th grade students near Buckeye, AZ. You will work under supervising OTs and collaborate with teachers and families to support student growth. The position focuses on evidence-based interventions, IEP goals, and strengthening fine motor, sensory, self-care, and classroom-ready skills. Four-day weeks with competitive weekly pay and a supportive education team.

Qualifications

• Arizona COTA license is required.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with OTs, educators, and families.

Responsibilities

• Carry out evidence-based occupational therapy interventions as directed by a licensed OT.
• Assist in developing and implementing IEP goals.
• Help students strengthen fine motor, sensory, self-care, and classroom-ready skills.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, related service providers, and families to support growth.
