Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, school-based role in Goodyear, AZ. You will implement therapy plans under supervision of a licensed OT and collaborate with educators, families, and OTs to promote student success.

The four-day workweek offers competitive weekly pay and a supportive team focused on helping students achieve their educational goals. Active Arizona COTA license is required; pediatric experience preferred.

• Active Arizona COTA license.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist in IEP development and goal setting.
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills for classroom success.
• Document student progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff and families to meet student goals.
