Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide behavior services for a local school early intervention program in Ambler, PA. Must have experience working with preschool age children. Schedule is Tue/Wed/Thu, 8:45am-11:45am (9 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children
• High School Diploma required
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances required

Responsibilities

• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collect data on all programming and write progress notes.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management through daily documentation
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy
• Perform other duties as assigned
