Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Hatboro, PA seeks a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support preschool age students in a school-based early intervention program. You will assist the BCBA and help implement behavioral plans with data collection and progress notes.

The position is part-time, Monday through Friday, about 3 hours per day (15 hours per week), with on-site shifts between 9am and 1pm. Training and mentorship are provided to support success in a school setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children.
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming and data collection.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, and time management through daily documentation.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status per agency policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
  
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
