Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a school-based contract near Rensselaer, Indiana. You will provide direct service under the supervision of an OTR, implementing plans across PreK–12, and collaborate with teachers and staff to support student participation.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k), with mileage reimbursement for travel between multiple school sites through August 2026–May

Qualifications

• Active Indiana OTA license and IPLA certification.
• Experience or sincere interest in pediatric/school settings.
• Reliable transportation for travel between multiple school sites.
• Ability to implement goals outlined by supervising OTR.
• Commitment to collaborative, student-focused practice under IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite, providing direct service based on OTR-designed plans.
• Assist with therapy activities, materials, and classroom adaptations.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for each session.
• Collaborate with school staff and special education teams.
• Maintain flexibility in addressing other duties as assigned by the supervising OTR.
