Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide direct and consultative OT services in school settings, under OTR/L supervision. You will implement IEP goals to support academic participation and promote functional independence.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy services, collaborating with teachers and families, developing therapy plans aligned with IEPs, and documenting progress and outcomes to ensure continued student access to the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Active certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Ability to work effectively under OTR/L supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with school teams and families.
• Commitment to student progress, documentation accuracy, and evidence-based practice.

Responsabilités

• Deliver student-centered therapy services and support sensory, fine-motor, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to improve access to the curriculum.
• Assist in developing and carrying out therapy plans aligned to IEP objectives.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records of services and outcomes.
• Contribute to a team approach that removes barriers to participation.
