Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time pediatric position. You will deliver individualized OT services, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to support motor, sensory, and self-care goals.

The role offers a predictable weekday schedule aligned with school hours, summers off, and strong interdisciplinary support. PDS emphasizes professional development and a mentorship-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L)
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure (PDS will assist!)
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized OT services based on therapy plans and developmental needs
• Conduct evaluations, create therapy goals, monitor progress, and document outcomes
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and educators to support functional, motor, sensory, and self-care goals
