Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy desirable.
• Experience providing general occupational therapy services.
• Experience in assessment procedures and goal development.
• Experience in California school settings.
• Experience or certification in Sensory Integration methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to students in school settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and attend IEP meetings.
• Assess students and develop educationally relevant OT goals.
• Coordinate OT services with health care providers.
• Document evaluations, treatment, and follow-up in timely manner.
• Supervise development of sensory and motor programs.
• Maintain safe treatment area and adapt materials for students.
