Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited OT program recognized by NBCOT.
• Initial certification by NBCOT.
• Current license in good standing with the WV Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in pediatric settings or schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and collaborates with colleagues, students, parents, and the multi-disciplinary team.
• Performs comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized assessments and observations.
• Develops intervention plans based on evaluations and educational needs.
• Participates in IEP meetings and makes recommendations.
• Provides direct OT services to students and supervises COTAs.
• Documents services accurately and maintains records.
