Job summary

AnthroMed Education, LLC is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across two K-8 campuses in Chicago. You will oversee services, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute to student success by developing individualized goals and implementing targeted interventions.

The role requires an active Illinois OT license, strong communication, and ability to manage a caseload across two campuses. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license through IDFPR.
• Experience or interest in school-based OT services.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload across two campuses.
• Student-centered approach to help children reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to K-8 students across two campuses.
• Manage a caseload of about 50 students.
• Conduct OT evaluations and help develop individualized goals.
• Implement interventions for fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and participation in school activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support educational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to plans.
• Ensure services comply with regulations and standards.
