Job summary

AnthroMed Education, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is onsite in Burlington, IL, serving students across PreK–High School with a mixed caseload and final placement determined near start of the year.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, staff, and families, participate in IEP meetings, and develop individualized therapy plans. Illinois OT license required; strong teamwork and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License (IDFPR) required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across PreK–High School.
• Develop individualized therapy plans to support student development.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
• Manage a mixed caseload of resource and some self-contained classrooms.
• Open to working with all age groups (PreK–High School).
• Final school assignment determined closer to the start of the school year.
