Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in Lihue, Hawaii, to deliver school-based OT services for K-12 students. You will perform assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide direct and consultative OT support to help students access education.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families, IEP participation, and ongoing documentation. Hawaii licensure, background checks, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Hawaii is required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities expected.
• Ability to work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic OT assessments.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct OT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and triennial evaluations.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers to support student participation and progress.
• Provide consultative recommendations on accommodations and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress reports.
