Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services in a K–12 setting in Lihue, Hawaii for the 2026–2027 school year. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, direct and consultative OT services, and collaboration with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

Relocation assistance, travel assignments, and a $5k bonus are available, along with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional support, including CEUs and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Ability to meet Hawaii Department of Education requirements for school-based work.
• Background and TB clearance as required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with students, families, teachers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic OT assessments for students.
• Develop and coordinate OT treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services and consultative support to students.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews and triennial evaluations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and other providers to support student access and participation in education.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessments, progress reports, and documentation.
