Qualifications

• Must possess or be eligible for an Occupational Therapist License in the State of Arizona.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in a school and/or pediatric setting(s) preferred.
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card and BLS/CPR Certificate required.

Responsibilities
