Strides Therapy & Educational Services is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to work in Sarasota, FL, providing pediatric OT services in a school setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support students' participation and progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Florida state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based OT is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, educators, and staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Commitment to culturally competent, student-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine OT needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.
