Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an onsite Occupational Therapist to support high school students for the full academic year in California. The role combines traditional school-based OT with teletherapy options, delivering services 37.5 hours per week in a full-time contract.

You will work with students under IEPs, coordinate with educators and families, and maintain thorough documentation to meet district and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid California OT license
• Experience in school-based settings, high school caseload preferred
• Comfort with onsite and teletherapy delivery
• Strong collaboration with educators and families
• Caseload documentation and progress tracking
• IEP participation and student empowerment

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to high school students per IEPs
• Assess needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Maintain documentation per district/state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Employ hands-on and teletherapy methods as needed
