Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to perform school-based OT evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students in Washington. This is an evaluations-only 1099 opportunity with a highly flexible schedule during the school day.

Choose your days and hours, take on as many or as few hours as you want, and help students access the supports they need while maintaining a flexible workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active Washington OT license.
• Strong evaluation, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage evaluation responsibilities within required timelines.
• School-based or pediatric OT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based occupational therapy evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students.
• Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, functional performance, and classroom participation.
• Identify needs related to adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications.
• Complete clear, timely evaluation reports and required documentation.
• Collaborate with school teams regarding evaluation findings and recommendations.
• Participate in evaluation-related meetings when required.
