Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to conduct school-based PT evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students in Washington.

This evaluations-only 1099 opportunity offers a highly flexible schedule. Choose the days and times you are available during the school day and take on as many or as few hours as you want.

You will collaborate with school teams, complete reports, and help determine adaptive equipment needs to improve mobility and participation in school.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based physical therapy evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students.
• Assess functional mobility, gross motor skills, balance, coordination, gait, positioning, and school access.
• Identify student needs related to adaptive equipment and positioning supports.
• Complete clear, timely evaluation reports and required documentation.
• Collaborate with school teams regarding evaluation findings and recommendations.
• Participate in evaluation-related meetings when required.
