Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to conduct school-based evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students in Washington. You will assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation, and collaborate with school teams to guide supports and modifications.

This is an evaluations-only 1099 opportunity with a highly flexible schedule. Choose days and hours that fit your availability during the school day and take on as many or as few hours

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
Active Washington OT license.
Strong evaluation, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

Conduct school-based occupational therapy evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students.
Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, functional performance, and classroom participation.
Identify needs related to adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications.
Complete clear, timely evaluation reports and documentation.
Collaborate with school teams regarding findings and recommendations; participate in meetings as required.
