Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to conduct school-based evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students in Washington. This is a 1099 opportunity with a highly flexible schedule, allowing you to choose days and hours within the school day.

Earn $70-$85 per hour as an independent contractor, with the ability to take on more hours or just a few to fit your availability. Immediate need and scheduling flexibility available.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT program graduate.
• Active Washington OT license.
• Strong evaluation, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based OT evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students.
• Assess fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
• Identify needs related to adaptive equipment, assistive tech, and environment.
• Prepare clear, timely evaluation reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with school teams on findings and recommendations.
• Participate in evaluation-related meetings as required.
