Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Experience with children and adolescents in educational, clinical, or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess fine motor, visual motor, graphomotor, gross motor, sensory processing, and functional school participation skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention goals aligned to educational objectives.
• Provide direct OT services through individual, small-group, classroom-based, and consultative models.
• Maintain caseloads and therapy schedules with timely documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrators to support student success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and parent conferences as appropriate.
• Advise families on accommodations, assistive technology, and environmental modifications.
• Plan and implement handwriting, keyboarding, and other functional skill instruction.
