Job summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a school-based role in Cincinnati, OH. The OT collaborates with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an OT in Ohio schools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ohio OT license and ODE registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group occupational therapy interventions based on student needs.
• Implement OT services aligned with IEP and 504 goals.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Support development of fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies and curriculum modifications.
• Coordinate services with administrators and other service providers.
