Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Cincinnati is seeking a contracted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support students with 12 hours per week, with potential to add an additional 8 hours nearby for an expanded schedule.

Work with a collaborative educational team to deliver school-based OT services, complete IEP-directed therapy, and document progress in compliance with school and legal requirements. Remote supervision for COTAs is available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an OT or COTA in Ohio.
• Experience providing school-based OT services preferred.
• Strong communication skills to work with students, staff and families.
• Organized, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's development.
• COTAs must be eligible for on-site or remote supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students as prescribed in IEPs.
• Assess students' functional abilities in school, supporting sensory, fine motor and self-help skills.
• Collaborate with educational and therapeutic teams to develop and adjust interventions.
• Maintain session documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements.
• Engage with teachers and parents to support student success in diverse learning environments.
