Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in Dearborn Heights, MI. You will assess students, create treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students access education and participate fully in the classroom.

Responsibilities include collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, development of IEP-aligned goals, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have Occupational Therapy License.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: One year of experience in school-based therapy or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and function.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Supervise and support COTAs as applicable.
