Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic school setting, serving elementary and high school students. This full-time role provides 37.5 hours per week across two nearby locations, with travel between sites as needed.

You will develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, deliver interventions in resource and general education classrooms, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Illinois
• Pediatric or school-based experience
• Experience with sensory integration and progress documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to students in school settings
• Develop and track IEP goals with school teams
• Assess needs, document goals, and report progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and families
• Travel between two school sites as needed
