Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support early childhood and elementary students in two Racine-area schools. This full-time, onsite role covers two sites to maximize impact and collaboration with educational staff and families.

You will conduct evaluations, develop goals, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings, while traveling between sites and providing direct therapy to young learners.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin OT license.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT.
• Ability to travel between two school sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students in early childhood and elementary grades.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students' occupational therapy needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and outside providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress notes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
• Provide consultation and training for school staff to foster student independence and participation.
