Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a school-based occupational therapist to provide direct OT services under the Jon Peterson Scholarship Program near Mansfield, Ohio. This flexible contract/PRN role supports two students with targeted, individualized therapy and a light monthly commitment.

Qualifications

Active Ohio OT license required.
Experience in school-based settings preferred.
Familiar with IEP-driven service delivery and documentation.
Clear communication with educators and families.
On-site delivery preferred; remote options may be considered per program guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide direct OT services as outlined in IEPs.
Deliver approximately 60 minutes per month to a 10th-grade student and 60 minutes per month to a kindergarten student in direct therapy.
Track and document therapy sessions, maintaining thorough and timely progress notes.
Collaborate with school and program staff, adapting therapy approaches as needed.
Communicate progress and recommendations to caregivers, school team, and program administration.
