Job summary

CORA Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive school-based therapy across Philadelphia charter schools. The role is a full-time, long-term substitute position with potential 1099 option.

Travel to multiple charter schools in the Philadelphia area is required, and the therapist will assess and treat students to help them access and progress in their educational programs. Strong communication with staff and families is essential.

Qualifications

• OT: Bachelor's degree; Pennsylvania license to practice.
• Experience in a school setting is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement school-based therapy for students.
• Instruct students in perceptual and motor activities and ADLs.
• Develop goals and progress reports; collaborate with teachers and families.
• Supervise OT fieldwork students as needed.
• Maintain caseload management and schedule at assigned schools.
