Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Occupational Therapist near Colorado Springs, CO for the upcoming school year. This full-time role combines in-person and teletherapy to support students’ development with evidence-based OT services within a collaborative educational team.

You will assess and address fine and gross motor skills, create and implement IEPs, and coordinate with teachers and families to maximize outcomes while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado OT license required.
• ASHA certification mandatory.
• Experience in both traditional and teletherapy within school environments.
• Strong skills in assessing and improving fine and gross motor abilities.
• Experience working with students as OT or COTA in educational settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans for students with diverse needs.
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services using in-person and teletherapy approaches.
• Support growth of students' fine and gross motor skills to enhance participation in academic and daily activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines.
