Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for Tolleson, AZ to deliver school-based OT services. This role develops individualized plans, conducts evaluations, and supports student growth within IEP goals.

The ideal candidate has an AZ OTR/L license or eligibility, experience in school settings, and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, outcome-focused therapy.

Qualifications

• Current OTR/L license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings supporting children with learning, developmental, sensory, or social-emotional needs.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, special education processes, and intervention planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs and clinical needs.
• Provide direct OT services to students across school-based settings.
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and related service providers to support student goals and accommodations.
• Develop, update, and monitor IEP goals, including participation in annual and triennial reviews.
• Complete data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Recommend adaptive strategies, environmental modifications, and assistive equipment as needed.
• Provide consultation, training, and guidance to school staff and COTAs when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations related to occupational therapy services.
