Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support school-based therapy services in West Valley, AZ. Working under an OT, you will deliver individualized treatment aligned with IEPs, collect data, and help with assessments and progress updates.

The role requires an AZ license (or eligibility), with experience in school or pediatric settings and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Comprehensive benefits and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in school or pediatric settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges.
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering individualized treatment programs for students based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations.
• Support and follow guidance from the supervising OT for therapy sessions and interventions.
• Conduct data collection and assist with initial and ongoing assessments.
• Help complete annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates to the OT and team.
