Onward Education is hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support elementary students in Cheshire County, NH. This full-time, onsite role runs for the 2026-2027 school year, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement IEP-driven goals.

You will conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and help students improve fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and adaptive functioning within the school setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license.
• Knowledge of IDEA and IEP development.
• Strong assessment and collaboration skills.
• School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with students' IEP goals and educational needs.
• Conduct evaluations, reevaluations, and assessments to identify needs.

Responsibilities:
