Onward Education is seeking a part-time, in-person Occupational Therapist to support a school in Dakota County, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. Start ASAP with an end date of June 10, 2027, onsite 16-20 hours per week.

Required: Minnesota OT license, school-based experience or familiarity with IEP processes, and strong written/verbal communication with school teams and families. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to support students in a school-based setting and align services to student educational plans.
• Experience contributing to educational planning documentation and meetings.
• Preferred: prior school experience and familiarity with IEP-related processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with school teams and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to assigned students based on documented educational plans.
• Complete student evaluations and interpret results to inform service recommendations.
• Develop written documentation aligned to educational planning needs, including required reports.
• Participate in educational planning meetings and communicate student progress and needs.
• Coordinate with school staff and families to support carryover of strategies in the school environment.
