American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to support middle school students within a collaborative district team. The role is on-site at Thomas and South Middle Schools, with a day-shift schedule aligned to the school calendar.

Qualifications

• Must have school-based OT experience.
• License required if applicable (state licensure).
• CPS fingerprinting and CANTS background checks completed prior to start.

Responsabilités

• On-site position at Thomas Middle School and South Middle School
• Day shift following the school calendar, Monday through Friday
• Full-time preferred, though two part-time candidates may be considered
• Part of a district-wide team of eight Occupational Therapists
• Supports middle school building-level teams
• Complete initial evaluations and re-evaluations to determine special education eligibility
• Provide MTSS and IEP support to students
• Consult with staff and teams to support generalization of skills across school settings
• Clearance for background checks may take up to three weeks and must be completed before starting
