SE Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide OT interventions for students eligible under IEP/ISP in educational settings.

You will assess, plan, and implement therapy services, coordinate with teachers and parents, and ensure documentation is completed promptly. The role includes supervising an OT Assistant and collaborating with the education team to support student learning and well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy as required by state and contract.
• NBCOT Certification and/or valid State Certification as specified in the contract.
• Ability to work independently. Motivated and well-organized.
• Good communication skills with adults and students.

Aufgaben

• Provide Occupational Therapy intervention for students based on IEP/ISP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Test and evaluate students to determine need for therapy when requested.
• Consult with classroom teachers to align OT plans with educational goals.
• Communicate with parents regularly about student progress and home activities.
• Develop solutions to challenges for individual students using evidence-based practice.
• Make referrals to community resources as needed.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
• Other duties may be assigned.
