Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy License required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: knowledge of special education and school-based practices.
• Preferred: Department of Education certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of skills.
• Maintain progress notes and assessment data.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including monitoring supervision hours if applicable.
