Job summary

Point Quest Group in Modesto, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a school-based role. The position is part-time (2 days per week) for the 2026-2027 school year, with a pay range of $85,000-$105,000 per year plus up to a $10,000 placement bonus.

You will provide OT services to K-12 students, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to achieve IEP goals.

Qualifications

• OT license is required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
