Edlogical , A Member of Point Quest Group in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services for K-12 students. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

You will align therapy with IEP goals and maintain accurate notes, while supervising assistants as needed.

Formación

• Must have Occupational Therapy License.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in school-based settings or related.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
