Therapeutic Focus, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team for a part-time, in-person role at a residential treatment facility in Memphis, TN. You will support students with behavioral and emotional needs through targeted OT services.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, treatment implementation, and collaboration with classroom staff and related providers to support each student’s integrated plan.

Qualifications

Therapeutic Focus is a family-oriented outpatient pediatric therapy clinic seeking a highly motivated, passionate, coachable, tech savvy and creative Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Our mission is to alleviate cognitive and developmental deficiencies in children by providing safe, ethical and individualized treatment services that will prepare them to thrive within society. We provide outpatient and school-based therapy to children throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time (2 days/week), in-person Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide services within the on-site school program at a residential treatment facility in Memphis, TN, supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs. This role offers meaningful, focused clinical work with a student population that benefits greatly from skilled OT support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school
• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic Internet navigation skills
• Valid state and national license (where applicable)-Occupational Therapy (Tennessee)
• Experience or comfort working with students in behavioral, emotional, or therapeutic classroom settings preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written materials, such as patient records.
• Ability to communicate verbally with Associates, physicians and other outside professionals.
• Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects and maintain control of work flow.
• Ability to remain calm, flexible, and therapeutic when working with students who present with behavioral or emotional challenges.
