Therapeutic Focus, LLC is seeking a part-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team at the West Memphis location. This school-based role supports children across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana, delivering safe, ethical, and individualized therapy tailored to each child’s needs.

The ideal candidate is licensed as an SLP in Arkansas, computer literate, and able to document sessions efficiently while communicating with school staff to support a collaborative clinic

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school.
• State and national license as Speech Language Pathologist (Arkansas) where applicable.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessment.
• Implements patient treatments based on assessment and plan.

Therapeutic Focus is a family-oriented outpatient pediatric therapy clinic seeking a highly motivated, passionate, coachable, tech savvy and creative Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. Our mission is to alleviate cognitive and developmental deficiencies in children by providing safe, ethical and individualized treatment services that will prepare them to thrive within society. We provide outpatient and school-based therapy to children throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

We are currently looking for a part time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (school based) to join our team and provide pediatric services at our West Memphis location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school
• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic Internet navigation skills
• Valid state and national license (where applicable)-Speech Language Pathologist (Arkansas)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written materials, such as patient records.
• Ability to communicate verbally with Associates, physicians and other outside professionals.
• Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects and maintain control of work flow.
